To keep track of your group conversations, give them a name: At the top of the chat window, click on the pencil icon, to the right of the names; enter the group name ; click on the Save button.

To start a group conversion, perform the following steps: 1.       Click on the New chat icon , or press Ctrl + N on the keyboard (Alt + N if you are using the web-based version). 2.       Enter the names of the people you want to chat with, or the name of the contact group . 3.       Start typing your message in the Message box . 4.       Click on the paper airplane icon to send your message.
