Filtering Chat Messages

Filtering messages is just another way to search for information. To filter chat messages, do the following:

1.      In the Chat window, click on the funnel-shaped icon;

2.      Enter the person’s name, if you wish to search for messages from a specific person;

3.      Or, click on the 3-dot menu (…) (More options), to filter by type of messages (unread, from a meeting, or muted messages);

4.      Click on the (X) sign to close the filter.
